| Recall/Reput Terms | PGS may temporarily recall the capacity, if PGS determines in its reasonable judgement that such temporary recall is required in order to maintain PGS?s ability (i) maintain service to high priority customer, (ii) effectively implement curtailment or interruption of service in order to maintain service to high priority customers, or (iii) maintain system integrity and reliability, operational flexibility, and compliance with transportation service provider?s operational procedures, constraints and penalties. PGS may temporarily recall the capacity for the purpose of modifying the Primary Delivery Point(s) and the amount of firm transportation capacity at such point(s) for the purpose of maintaining its ability to manage its distribution system. |
