This Action Alert is being issued pursuant to Sections 7 and 8, GT&C, of Gulf Run’s Tariff and shall constitute notice of Force Majeure for unplanned maintenance at Gulf Run’s Vernon Compressor Station located in Jackson Parish, Louisiana and in Gulf Run’s Zone 1.

This planned maintenance is scheduled to occur on Tuesday July 7^th, 2026, at 09:00, and is anticipated to be completed by Wednesday July 8^th, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. During this time, Vernon will be limited to a throughput capacity of 1,000,000 dth/d.

Based on current nominations, Gulf Run does not anticipate impacts to its primary firm services. Gulf Run will evaluate nominations, on a case-by-case basis, based on daily operations to alleviate impacts to the extent possible. During this unplanned maintenance, shippers should nominate from their contractual MRO location to their contractual MDO location to reduce risk of scheduling reductions. Should any of the details of this posting change, Gulf Run will notify its shippers and update this notice accordingly.

Gulf Run will schedule nominations, if needed, on each impacted day in accordance with its tariff. This alert will remain in effect until further notice.
